The Russian tourism company, Tez Tour, plans to to bring about 140,000 Russian tourists to Egypt, coinciding with the return of its tourist trips to Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada.
Atour website quoted Tamer Saeed’s statements, Deputy General Manager of TEZ Tour Egypt, Which said that the company expects to bring about 60,000 Russians to Sharm El-Sheikh and about 80,000 to Hurghada. These indicators are to be achieved by increasing the frequency of flights to Egypt and its geography.
Saeed’s statements coincide with the return of Tez Tour flights to Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada earlier this week.
Last Saturday, Sharm el-Sheikh Airport received the first charter flight of the “Tes Tour” company via the Russian airline “I Fly” from Moscow, carrying 378 tourists. On Sunday, Hurghada Airport received the company’s first flights.
The program begins to Sharm El-Sheikh on May 28. And it continues until October 30 (on Wednesdays and Saturdays), and the program starts to Hurghada from May 29 to October 30 (on Thursday and Sunday).
The deputy director of the company noted, to that in 2021, 75% of Russians traveled to Egypt through the company compared to 2019, 80% more than in 2020.

Said said, “iFly flights to Egypt could become daily in September, noting that the real values of tourist flow in 2022 may be three times higher than expectations.”
He continued: “Now the demand for Egypt is good, At the moment, Egypt’s share in the company’s sales structure for the summer season is 20%.”
