He explained that the company’s pricing committee is currently preparing the final studies for pricing the remaining space, most of which are located on the Green River. It includes lands with great heights between high-rise towers, tourist hotels, and commercial and administrative centers.

He added that the new increase amounts to about 67,000 feddans. To rise from 170 thousand to 237,000 acres, The private sector will have the largest percentage of its development, He explained that it is not correct to offer any land on the Green River at the present time, due to the setting of the final price of the land. He explained that there are many Arab investors who have made a field increase to the administrative capital. But the investment in it will not be decided yet. And that all applications submitted during the current period are studied in detail, Whether for allotment of land or partnership offers, Where the applications submitted include obtaining land in the eighth residential district, the Downtown area, and the mu23 area.
