Activity revenues of EGP 15.3 billion, compared to EGP 15 billion in 2020 and EGP 12.9 billion in 2019.
300 billion pounds investments for affiliated housing companies until 2030
The report of the holding company’s board of directors included, A presentation of the strategic plan of the affiliated housing companies until 2030 to implement major projects, including Heliopark and New Heliopolis (Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development), And the development of the Mokattam Corniche and the central plateau (Al Nasr Housing and Development Company), And the land project located next to the Constitutional Court (Maadi Development and Reconstruction Company), in addition to a number of ongoing and future projects with investments amounting to 300 billion pounds. With revenues for these companies ranging from 150 to 180 billion pounds, This is done through self-development and partnerships with the local and Arab private sector.
18 billion pounds, the volume of contracts for subsidiaries in “A Dignified Life”

Implementation of contracting projects in Arab and African countries with $500 million
The efforts of the holding company and its subsidiaries have succeeded in obtaining foreign projects worth $500 million in some Arab and African countries such as the Sultanate of Oman, the Emirates, Iraq, Sudan, Mauritania .
An integrated plan is being implemented to develop the South Valley Development Company. In addition to studying the implementation of other projects such as a livestock breeding project with investments of 100 million pounds in partnership with an investor, And studying the establishment of complementary projects such as a compost factory, curing, meat packing, and others.
