President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi asserts, In his speech tomorrow, Thursday, to the summit of the leaders of the United States and Africa, which is currently being held in Washington, On the framework of the Egyptian strategy that was presented during Egypt’s presidency of the African Union.
The spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, Ambassador Bassam Radi, stated, In press statements today, Wednesday, in Washington, President El-Sisi’s speech will stress the importance of supporting the integration of the African continent into the global economy and the positive results of that to benefit from the global economy, attract investments, transfer modern technology, localize industries, and confront issues of climate change. Therefore, the speech will reflect President Sisi’s vision for dealing with African issues and the efforts Egypt has made in the past years in this regard. In particular, the need to increase the volume of intra-trade among African countries and to establish bridges for transportation, communications, roads, land, sea and air lines between African countries to enhance the increase in the volume of commodity exchange and benefit from raw materials and resources on the African continent.
